Here are some sunsets and scenes from over the past month or so.  I’ve blogged before on how great winter sunsets are… vivid colors, icy water, and desolation.  I hope you enjoy (click them to enlarge).

Winter sunsets are the best.  You can’t beat them.  In the summer there is just too much humidity, and the clouds never form as nicely.  I enjoy shooting sunsets for no reason at all other than to be outside and near the water with a camera in my hand (or on a tripod).  What’s cool is that it’s a rare opportunity to see the bay iced over.  These are all from the past couple weeks.  The images on my new blog are big enough to make for a nice desktop background… so have at it!
